Omaha Firefighters Credit Union recognizes the importance of our member's
privacy. It is our desire to protect the personal and financial information that
has been entrusted to us. The following policies and procedures have been
adopted with the intent of protecting your privacy.
USE AND COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
As your financial institution, Omaha Firefighters Credit Union recognizes and
respects the privacy expectations of our members. As a result of that, we will
collect, retain and use the information about individual members in an
appropriate and reasonable fashion. We will generally limit the collection,
retention and use of information as we deem necessary and appropriate to
administer your accounts. Member's personal information may be used to provide
better services and products to you and to fulfill legal and regulatory

Access to member information is limited to those who specifically need it to
conduct their business responsibilities. Omaha Firefighters Credit Union will

Omaha Firefighters Credit Union limits employee access to your accounts on a
need to know basis. We also educate our employees so that they will understand
the importance of confidentiality and member privacy. Employees who violate our
member's privacy are subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal.
Employees are also instructed that their responsibility to maintain this privacy
continues even after their employment ends.

We will not reveal specific information about member accounts or their other
personal information to unaffiliated third parties for independent use, except
for the exchange of information with reputable reporting agencies to maximize
the accuracy and security of information or in the performance of due diligence
unless: the information is provided to help complete a member transaction; the
member requests it or the disclosure is required by law.
We expect third parties who assist us in providing services and information to
our members to adhere to similar privacy principles that provide for keeping
member information confidential.
MAINTENANCE AND ACCURACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information is commonly shared in financial institutions with consumer reporting
agencies. If you believe any information that we have shared is in error, let us

number, account number, phone number and the specific item in dispute. Also
include a statement of why you believe an error has occurred. We will do our
